I faced up against a dagger spec, and I got hurled throat like ten times. Each fight he would manage to land his hurl throat, at the very first try. Now hrmm.
Either you take dagger as your second spec, and perfect the skill hurl by hurling at throat, so that your success ratio improves, or the skill is too strongly coded yet. Going by what the helpfile says I dont think hurl throat should suceed so often. The daggerspec never missed. This isnt a whine, I am more than pleased at this new versatility and I would myself like to play one. I am just wondering if the imms have deliberately coded it this way. Perhaps a downgrade is coming.

I don't know, but maybe it's easier to hit the throat of a giant than it is the throat of a gnome. Now I don't know what you are but that just popped into my head. hope it helps.

Also, I'd imagine his dex vs your dex plays a huge role as well.
