Is there a system in place, to see that all the minotaurs
are being tied up by people lucky enough to have gotten them
rolled, but who don't actually play them?

It just seems to me, I've not seen one above 10th rank in quite
a while, and I'm on quite frequently.


Any idea on where they are all hiding?

I don't think I've ever seen more than 2 on at any one time since their inception, however. I think the limit should be increased by about 5-10. I've been wanting to play one and have tried to roll one every time I've logged onto the internet.
