Can elbow even be improved upon buy some classes now before they get h2h? (Excluding leveling bonuses)

You can elbow with hands full, but I've never learned a thing unless both were empty.

Two months ago I got better at elbow by using it with a level 9 thief.
I was using a dagger and shield. Thieves don't get h2h until 15. It was at 87% when I got to level 15.
You just aren't practicing it on the right mobs.

It just changed and I wasn't practicing.

That's the reason I put the time frame on it, because you were talking like it was a new change, and I hadn't seen anything about it.
I was just kidding about practicing on the wrong mobs, btw.
