I'm having a bit of trouble finding all of the fine leather in the acadamy underground catacombs. Can anyone help me with the vest boots and sleeves?

The nice thing about the Academy is that it's a very safe place to experiment a bit. Read all the signs you pass-- most of the content within the Academy has some hints available. Try to hit all the rooms, even if they don't look helpful at first.

We won't solve the quests for you, however-- they're intended as introductions for the more difficult quests later on.

Well the probleme is I've examined everything in the lower catacombs and upper catacombs and can't find them. I don't want to be told the solution, just a helpful hint to get me back on track.

For starters, try drawing yourself a map of the area. Mappers
aren't the greatest thing to use with CF so I have always
enjoyed the ol':

  X--X--X
     |
     X--X

system myself... but that's just me... -Anyway-. As your
making your map, if you see a sign or something in the room,
start examining them! (And don't forget keeping your full room
descriptions on can be a BIG help while exploring)

Now whether you just take note of the signs and return later
to review them, or take advantage of them when you find them,
by the time you've finished your map, you should have
completed the quest... or at least have a better understanding
of your situation.

But, all in all, Valg's advice is right on the money. So take
