#1676, "Matter of Carrion Fields Music"

Hi, I was just wandering what kind of music do you listen when you play CF. It's quite interesting because of races and classes and alignment. Another kind of music will need evil orc berserker (death metal...) and another good human paladin (gregorian chants...) or gnome thief (?).
I've soundtracks from Barbar Conan and Red Sonja then neofolk music (like Death in June, Current93, Tenhi, Of the Wand And The Moon etc.) Another choice could be medieval music (for bards?).
I play ranger so I want something woody and with essence of distances (there is especially track Theology/Civilisation from Conan which is wonderful).

Or are you just surronded by silence?

I am pretty varied in my tastes, but for Eshvalish stuff, I will listen to Inkubus Sukkubus & Blackmore's Night, but for general enjoyment, I am firmly entrenched in the 60s-70s era with the addition of Loreena McKennitt, Heather Alexander, Filk, and the ever-present Jimmy Buffett.

iTunes and listen to the stuff that I like. Most of the music I like is 25+ years old. It falls into the Rock and R&B categories.

I put iTunes on random and let it play what it wants to play.

Though if I were playing a ranger and wanted something woodsy, I would listen to Enya.
