Somewhere along the line the moderation bit got set on this distribution list and it was holding our mail. Fixed the problem (and flooded our in boxes), so if you need to get ahold of the implementors for some reason, you should be able to get through now.

If I remember correctly, it went into late 2014. I'm not sure WHY it changed (I don't think anyone had touched it), but it looks like we are working correctly again.
