The guards and citizens in Blindengstone seem to be completely immune to bard sleep and assassin blindness dust. Either that, or unrealistically resistant. Thief jacked two guards (not the elite ones) and I dusted maybe 15 times without blinding either one. Bard sang sleep maybe 12 times before the thief jacked, neither slept.
