If you set your preferences to show "all time" (so you can see everything on the history board), then visit the battlefield, it's seriously bad.

You are currently reading boards sorted in alphabetical order by title. If you want to read them in chronological order, which seems to be preferred by most of the forum subscribers, then just click on the "Last Updated Date/Time" column header. That will resort the posts for you by date.

Another sorting option is by posting date of the initial post in a thread. Then you would want to click on "ID" to sort by posting ID. There might be a thread with a new reply on page two in with this sorting, but then the threads would stay in the same order all the time instead of being "bumped" by new replies.

I'm betting it was just coincidence that he was changing his settings to reflect daylight saving time.

What I think happened was that he ran across the gibberish problem with the forum hosting. I think it was Yanoreth who said that sometimes the forums show up as gibberish due to how the software works, and it was being worked on to at least happen less often and for shorter periods.
