Couple of Arial mobs wear earrings, however Arial PCs can't wear earrings.

Ira'k Kr'near, priest of Cold Iron is using:
<worn on ears> (Illusionary) (Consecrated) ice crystals that emanate plumes of frost
<mainhand wielded> (Illusionary) (Consecrated) the blade of cold iron named "Sterile Prayer"

Your best guess is that he is an arial.
He is a member of the shamans' guild.

an angsty arial patron is using:
<worn on ears> (Illusionary) adamantite hoops dangling with a skull and crossbones
<held in hand> a well worn birchwood guitar

In theory, those arials pierced their skulls or somesuch to be able to wear these, and no it's not an option for PC's.
