Looking over this log. I slap manacles on indvidual then try to sleep but get no resist echo. This has happened before randomly with songs.

So it all looked fine.

The troubador edge makes it so in cities (the Spire excluded) your songs only hit wanted people(and their pets) or people aiming at you.

I refactored the logic to be extra safe, but I think it's fine so it'd have to be something else (I think).

Would be cool if 'confuse' impacted that stuff.
