I am unsure if this is working as intended but I have the ability to gain 4 prac per lvl with +wis gear but I have only been gaining 3 while in form. I don't know how long this has been taking place but my last several have done this.

You raise a level!! Your gain is: 10/281 hp, 15/437 m, 7/310 mv 3/34 prac.

You raise a level!! Your gain is: 11/292 hp, 13/450 m, 8/318 mv 3/37 prac.

You raise a level!! Your gain is: 11/303 hp, 19/469 m, 6/326 mv 3/36 prac.

You raise a level!! Your gain is: 10/313 hp, 17/486 m, 7/333 mv 3/39 prac.

There are more, and the first one was before the reminder to skill learn the rest all have that color influx.

When levelling as a shapeshifter in form you get the better of your forms stats, or your unmodified stats. Gear does not factor in at all while in form.
