A simple cell
It is amazing that the elves can get by with only a single jail cell
for an entire city. In truth it is due to the nature of elven justice,
which has naught but two punishments: exile and death. Crime usually
isn't a problem among the elves, so the cell is mostly used to hold
foreigners or the odd elf awaiting trial.
