A dirty pile of laundry lies here, not getting any cleaner.
A white cake of soap stone lies here looking clean.
A novitiate grudgingly scrubs clothing on the rocks.
(Camouflaged) A slimy salamander rests here trying to go unnoticed.

1) Lots of NPCs can conceal themselves in their home environment, even in situations where a PC couldn't.

2) Camouflage in the water is reasonably common. Some PCs can even do it, just not rangers.
