Please make the Herbs skill on Mariner Rangers give the Water Breathing physical effect when they gather herbs on the water. It would make sense that an herb in the water would provide that effect given "seaweed" gives it which is pretty vague.

Mechanically it reduces carry weight for the Mariner and the chance (probably pretty rare anyway) that the mariner drowns while under the water.

Mariner is a pretty niche, rarely-used terrain choice as it is, but this might open up some people to try it.
