Races have restrictions, particularly as rangers. We don't have the desire to expand them for the sake of expanding them.

With that said, I personally plan to look over some of the MOST LIMITED ranger-terrain/spec races and see about making them a bit better at what they are limited to. After all, they should be the fanciest in that terrain, right?
