Shield paladins have a skill percent requirement before they can get shield mastery. I think it was 100% in shield block. This is nearly unobtainable until at least level 15 since shield block will not increase beyond 80% before level 15 unless you get ridiculously lucky with skill learns. This is all for the main skill of the dedication which is a level 10 skill. Like other similar spec type skills I would ask that this skill limit be removed or lessened to 80% so you can actually use your level 10 skill at level 10. Thanks.
