Allow the outer guardian of the Isle answer questions about the state of the balance. There have been a few applicants that for role purposes could not pledge and this could assist them with some roleplaying. I know that you can ask other pledges / members of nexus the current state of the balance but this would help out if no one was about.

Perhaps only make it work if the Isle holds the key, or some possible quest completion. I'm also open up to other options as well.
