To the attention of the local citizenry:

I write this as a hired employee of one Tharturg, a duergar
who intends to establish a small but reputable business vending
hand-crafted goods made from the hides of our proud, noble
local beast, the forest taglo. Master Tharturg insists that
his particular skills as a tradesman are without peer in this
particular local specialty.

In addition to announcing the impending opening of his
business on lovely Tree Road, the main thoroughfare of Dagdan,
Master Tharturg has also requested that I inform the public
that one Polam of Seantryn Modan avails himself of the services
of local orcish ladies of the evening. He also wishes to pass
on that the goods Polem sells are rolled about in the dung
of jade yaks before he hands it to a customer.
