Subject: Important auction with many powerful artifacts.

My dear Therans,

On the eve of coming monday, at TEN in the evening by the eastern
standard, I will be auctioning off various rare and powerful trinkets for
your every need. Just to give you a taste, I'll be selling the staff of
wonders, a ragged cloak, and lots of wands and such for preparation, for
anyone out there wh just might show interest. I've other goodies too, but
you'll just have to come and see, now won't you? All money raised will be
donated to a worthy cause. I encourage everyone to attend, even if you don't
plan on buying anything. Drinks and food wil be available to those upon
request and I cannot stress this enough, fighting or stealing of any sort
will not be tolerated unless it's off the grounds of the Inn, where you may
fight and steal as much as you like. I look forward to a wonderful evening
with friends and acquaintances alike.
