Not sure if these are bugs, but stuff that seems slightly off...

Boreal winds:

Has never applied a chill touch. Never seen it on a mob through very extensive use levelling.

Have not seen it apply a chill when using for pvp, but use in that situation is a lot less.

The edge "polar winds" seems like it literally does nothing.


Aimed shot > Head
Has never blinded a target.

Message just looks like its stunning?

Helpfile makes it mildly sound like it is also more damaging of a attack, but damage is on
par with other shots. Despite being much harder to land. N no blind.


Serpent Strike:

Requires weapon to use. It does not take on the properties of the weapon being used. IE Fire damage weapon does not cause fire damage serpent strikes.

Seems odd... Maybe it is doing fire damage, but the damage message isn't consistent.
