I've posted things on the bug board that didn't show up for a month or more after I reported the bug. But I didn't pay attention to the dates.
I don't know what you mean by lag bug. The thread subject is about an edge point bug, and the entire content is snipped. I do not see any other bug board threads about edge points, even the original post in this thread says it was posted on the bug board.
Even if the alleged edgepoint bug in this thread only effects 1% of players, I'd like conformation if it is true or not. Maybe nobody knows. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
