This new system will be harder for some people and it will be easier for others. It will take a couple of months to really gauge the impact in the field so I recommend you exercise patience. The amount of times the wand system has gone through change control is high so we can be confident that the admin is actively monitoring and brainstorming and that change cycles will come (unlike the fabled shaman revamp we heard about for a decade)

In the meantime you have the same option today in terms of how to deal with not having access to sleeks as you did a month ago. Use uniques or change your play style to succeed with less dam redux. There have been plenty of people who have found success without having all their sleeks on a stick.
