I believe the changes you are refering to go like this (don't sue me if I get these wrong)...

A number of the two handed ded skills are now more based on dex.

A number of the shield ded skills are now more based on dex.

The wrath sup is now somewhat based on wisdom.

I am not sure if this wisdom change also now affects healing sups. I didn't pay all that much attention to those announcements.
