The consignment shop

It works sort of like the bounty shop, but what happens is that you take your spare items to the shop and you give them to the shopkeeper to sell. If they sell them, then the money gets deposited into your bank account (minus their fee). Maybe the consignment shop could work like the bounty office and all shops would show the inventory. Maybe it would only stick around for a certain length of time, like an hour or so, or maybe until the character who consigned it logs off. Maybe players could set their own price. And it would only except cash, no bartering. I think the level limits on items shouldn't apply either, that way lowbies would gather up some cash and be able to use it get some sweet gear.

I hear people complaining that the shops often have no money, well this would give them something to do with their leftover gear. And an opportunity to make some money and earn some commerce xp.
