The third one last I heard from an Imm on these boards was that you were never meant to get it out of there and that it wasn't finished. The ways I've seen people get it out of there historically were always bugs, like Priolith being able to sing the bard song that makes people flee to get past.

If they're not "unfinished" then by all means, they're fine as is, but the reason I bring it up is all of those were mentioned to me at some point as being unfinished quests. Basically, if there's any sort of way to complete it - that's fine - but if for a fact there's absolutely no way to do it, it'd be better to let people know.
