Content has a high priority...it also takes a lot longer to come up with something from scratch. While we are working on content, we are also fixing up things that we think are broken.

What I see, is you see some of the changes that are made are on things you don't think are broken. The people who complain that practicing stuff takes a lot longer now are the obsessive practicers. The people who never practiced things are finding their skills/spells going up at a much improved rate. It's more of a balance than before which is what we were going for. That's just one example of something I believe you would say is "more time consuming", but to the playerbase at large it is actually less.

There are changes which benefit 90% of the population, and could be seen to hinder the other 10%. I'm still going to push for those kinds of changes no matter how loud the 10% is.
