The snowstorm (which I remember used to have a timer) lasts until the next crash/reboot which ####s over any hiding class, REGULAR people out of range who get hit by the cold, and who knows wht else, LONG after the player has logged out or even DELETED. I don't see how this is balanced. I opt for putting the timer back on it.
