Neutrals in Galadon recall one north of the healer, which is one east of the Temple of the Moon fountain. I've never understood why this is so, but it is.

I've also run into cases where it's awkward, and for some reason on recalling there I have no movement points and am suffering something that gradually drains them or at least doesn't let me regain any. So I got stuck one step from a healer that could help me, looking pitiful. I've been much more careful since then.
