Outside the Northwest Gate
You stand in the small patch of land outside the gates of Galadon that is
still protected by the city guard. To venture further afield means to lose
the protection of the city. A dusty trail meanders off towards the outskirts
of the city. You seem to see something buried in the forest far off to the
west, but there seems to be no way to get to it, whatever it is. You can
enter the city to the east.

Inside the Northwest Gate
You stand just inside the northwest gate of Galadon. The city walls arch
over the gate in their path around the city. Through the gates to the west
you can see a road leading north. A small staircase leads up one side of
the gate to the battlements above. To the east, the Holy Road runs toward
the park and the Temple of the Sun.

continues to the east and west.
