Depends on who is answering, what you are asking and how you are asking. For example, quests are something that you are supposed to figure out yourself. One behaviour tip is to stay in character outside newbie channel. Other tip is to try to read helpfiles before asking, they are usually well written.

As you can see from the map, the exit from Academy is down from the first room of Academy. It leads to the temple of Moon in the city of Galadon. Note that you can also recall out of the Academy. Recalling takes you to the temple of your chosen hometown.
