His email address is in the message I forwarded, I suggest you ask him.
I have only the email he sent to our external web site (which I included
in my mail)

Well, we currently have 61 people on the game, so I know that it's
functioning properly. Can you traceroute to the machine? You should
make it all the way except for the last hop.

If you have a firewall at your site, that could be blocking it. I need
your IP address for me to troubleshoot this end.

Make sure you send me any questions you have. The last mail message you
sent to product@houston.omnes.net was what took us down. We have
no affiliation with Omnes.
