I'm not sure he was using triggers. May have just been spamming cranial. Seems like if you'd just waited until you could creep again, when he was covered in wounds in Eregion, you might have killed him with a single ambush.

Also- I hope you're either too young to have bearcharge or a combo that gets no (or crappy) bearcharge.

If not, what are you doing kicking him after that big ambush?
