I don't think any one of them is that bad.

Taken as a whole, they are pretty bad. But, on the other hand, you've got weapon resist, giant size, resist cold, perma fly, 25 str, 22 con. If I have a character that can pick any of the giant races, even with the most vulns I pick cloud nearly every time.
