For some reason, I'm laughing at Fort now.
Probably this one:
#1: Outlanders are laying snares outside of the Fort. Bjurn, Brinrok, don't hurt them, they are our friends.
That's the Fort life when no-one takes leadership and when someone does, the others don't acknowledge it and do whatever they want.
