I liked your character, he was a beast. I also admired the fact that you stayed on no matter what the range looked like, Codex or not. Furthermore, I thought you did a good job leading the blade sect.

Now comes the "but". Just from reading your post, it makes me think that you enjoyed the ups (like your comment about the Sylvans and you loving them because you always came out on top of them) but just got all childish and whiney about the downs (the whole Fortress thing). I'm not saying that you are not right about what you said about the "cheaters", but I just don't see fighting cheating with cheating. Keep in game stuff in game. Forgive and forget. If people really are cheating like you said, they'll get theirs in the end. The imms do a really superb job with that sort of stuff, imho. No need going around and smearing your "good name" (based on you did with this character) in the mud by making a senceless, baseless pk-character to "get back" at filthy cheaters.
