It is low. I'm not interested (personally) in handing out heavy information as to becoming stuff since I (personally) am NOT a fan of it being a blanket-follow-formula type thing, but a coder or whoever could always disagree with me and give more info if they see fit.

What I WILL say, just to curb concern, is that you absolutely missed some significant chance increases. Some BIG ones, some tiny ones.

But I'll echo what someone else said in this thread as to how I think about it: if you're a popular, long-lived and involved necromancer who generally just plays the game being cool, you will 9/10 times end up with a high (if not extremely high, since I've seen some obscene ones) chance.

I hope that at least saves you some stress/trouble, but I again fully admit I'm a bit of a turd in that I'd prefer it if becoming details weren't handed out in exact format.
