Playing a paladin can be tough, playing one in your shoes more so. I respect the choices you made, and the hardships you faced towards the end there. As a player, I hope you return, and give it another shot. I know it can be frustrating (but what worthwhile isn't?), and I really wasn't caught up on the whole quest thing...although you answered that nicely above. Interesting stuff.

Of course, as a character, Trajeona is...pleaed. As you can understandably see, I'm sure.

Oh, and regarding Anith...he IS a leader. The 'Advisor' title is misleading to some, but he is a leader nonetheless.
