In somewhere around 350 hours of having that belt, it played a significant part in 2 kills. 2 kills out of somewhere around 500 total fights, if not more. I do find it funny that Glik happened to be one of them, though.

edited to add: Even in the Glik fight, if his wimpy hadn't fired at the end, he would likely have gotten away.

It doesn't lag every single fire, and when it does lag, it doesn't always lag for 2 rounds. Sometimes it's just 1.

I get that it's nice and shiny, and it can cause some people to panic when they realize they've just been lagged by a belt, but ultimately it's not that great. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have it than not, but look at some of the gear evils can use. Insta-killing pendants. Crowns that can sanc, and even kill those who pick it up. Much much better hp gear for evil-only characters, drow especially. There are others, but those are just off the top of my head. Hell is LOADED with amazing evil-only stuff.

Honestly, I even thought about trading it out for that sash that's like 30 hp and -10 svs. ultimately, the sash would likely have served my build better, but I decided against it.

All in all, the -svs on the belt is it's best quality. Not the lagging.
