I haven't read this whole thread, but it caught my attention and I was curious what the logs would reveal.

It looks like on March 3 Beckett was attacked by a 15th level H-Elf thief named Kyth (11:21:12). Kyth died to Beckett and Arrisuli (11:25:16). Kyth logged out 9 seconds after dying (11:25:25). He logged back in 11 seconds later (11:25:36) as a character I won't name, but not Seltie. (EDIT: It was Orn, now that I know he's deleted.)

Seltie was playing a marathon session that day, but quit a couple times during it for short breaks. For this time window, Seltie quit at 10:05:36 and logged back in at 11:29:48. Seltie initiated combat with Beckett at 11:33:33.

Kyth and Seltie do not share IP addresses.

Assuming I have the right day/incidents, this information may be helpful in settling the dispute.
