You have practically half the game voicing a negative opinion of this player. The gist of the complaints are that this player the ruins gaming experiences of others so consistently that he is recognizable with the first sentence he puts out.

And you encourage him.

I submit that it's likey he has done more to drive people from CF than any other play in the games history.

Valg posted years back about how he kept track of a griefer and how that griefer upset three new players. He marked those players IP's and watched for them. They never came back, not even a single log in.

I'm not saying it was Rogue, but Valg himself showed how detrimental behavior like this is to the game.

Cut bait with this guy and get rid of him.
