If you thought I was not doing enough as a cabal leader, I really wish you would have said something. With Amaranthe on extended leave, you are the sole remaining imm for the cabal. I have never had a cabal leader before, and could have really used the feedback and guidance (and the motivation when things were looking bad). I remember the day you spoke to me about being made Harbinger, you said there were some things we would need to discuss beforehand. That discussion never happened. I really wasn;t even sure if I was a cabal leader, or just a subleader for a leader that had yet to be named. I didn;t know if I was supposed to take an active role in guiding the Outlanders, or let them make individual decisions and help them if they had problems. My role within the cabal was pretty vague really.

As a new cabal, things need to be explained. Fortress has been around so long, everyone knows the ins and outs of the cabal and what the roles of the leaders are supposed to take, etc. Outlander being so new could have used some guidance from the "Ancients" I was always telling people guided us. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don;t know. Why you chose to never offer a word of advice is your own decision I guess, but it's pretty much what killed this character for me. I suppose you wished for me to define the role of the leadership for myself, which I did to the best of my ability. But my take on the Outlanders is that they are actually led by the Ancients, and the Harbinger should guide them with the words of the Ancients, not try to set their own policy and whatnot.

I don't know. If you think I did a bad job as a cabal leader, I guess I have to believe you. Like I said, I've never led a cabal leader before. Actually this character was my first caballed character since 2001 or 2000, whichever year I had my last Entropy character. I craved guidance, asked the Ancients for advice over the cabal channel quite a bit, and eventually just came to the conclusion that the Outlander imms are inactive.
