Your last line....I didn't do much else. As a leader, you are expected to do more through actions. You are the one that everyone should look to as the one to set a standard by. If you think your character did that, think about what else you could have done.

Not a bad idea, but when doing something like this, post a note to Outlander about your negotiations with the Wood-elf king. Perhaps others would have gotten involved in trying to help you succeed and an immortal could work with you on it. See above.

New cabals always have it tough in the beginning. Especially for those few who make it to hero. Many are given the opportunity to shine and bring a cabal about, but very few succeed in turning a cabal around, unless that core of heroes keeps on moving forward.

Immortal interaction should never be a goal. It has been said before so many times. You make the character what it is, not an immortal.

Those who seem to get a lot of interaction are usually the ones who really deserved it. Becoming a leader is an opportunity to become great, not the result of being great.

I am not knocking Therisa as a sub par character. As an interviewer, you did a good job. I just think you could have done a lot more with your opportunity than you did.
