I don't know the circumstances of the looting (and don't care), but I'm now wishing I'd watched Cirkie a bit more.

From your own description - "Cirkie attacked all Tribunals if he had the upper hand, no matter what the alignments. If they were good it just meant I didn't use protection prep, and that's all."

I'd have probably set you to neutral.

Because don't get me wrong, that's perfectly great Outlander RP, but it's not Good aligned RP (not remotely).
