Chapter 1

Terath was accidentally conceived by a whore in a Hamsah
when she get pregnant from some client.
Mother, learning about the pregnancy too late,
decided to quickly get rid of the fetus.
To do this, she poisoned herself with all sorts of poisons.
When that didn't work, she turned to the magician for help.
Since she didn't have a lot of money, magic was cheap and dirty.
The magician tried to produce a miscarriage with the help of dark magic,
but could not succeed, as he said that his magic was beaten off by the fetus.
It was not quite then that the stupid mother
understood what "beaten off" meant,
but the magician refused to work with this,
as he said that magic could turn against him,
and, well, he said that is some kind of strange child.
The mother then decided to leave the child.
At birth, the child often trembled, but then calmed down.
