Zigglebert Tinkerton the Master Pickler, High Herald of the Eternal Star

A three-foot figure of a male gnome, wrapped in a comfortable cloak, "towers"
before you. His skin is rather pale, but is smooth and free of blemishes.
He has a scraggly brown goatee and keeps his hair (or what's left of it)
combed to the right over a large bold spot. Bushy eyebrows overhang
emerald-green eyes. Mithril rings pierce the earlobes and amber jewels adorn
the fingers. It would be a stretch to call him charismatic.
On his right forearm is a colorful tattoo of a giant octopus-like monster
trying to wrap its long tentacles around a steam-boat and bring it under. On
the steam-boat itself is a group of gnomish sailors huddled together fighting
the monster with what appears to be a mounted catapult. The colors of this
tattoo have faded a bit over the years, but it's still evident that a good
deal of detail went into this ink work.
A ridiculous-looking oversized toolbelt wraps around this gnome's waist.
It's hard to imagine anything that's not somehow tucked into the dozens of
pockets, pouches and other compartments of this contraption - bolts, hammers,
wenches, winches, widges, screw-drivers, loops, lumps - you name it.
A not entirely unpleasant smell surrounds this gnome. A discerning nose
could likely detect machine oil, explosive powder, brine and most
certainly lavendar.
