The Rot supplication will now deal a small bit of damage at the moment it is cast (successfully or otherwise). While this is a slight upgrade in some situations, the main purpose is to make sure it wakes sleeping targets on the first attempt, to reduce its utility in conjunction with various knockout abilities.
