Subject: Character Names

Since we lost our list of blocked names in the crash, I'd like to
lay out a policy regarding the reuse of names of previous characters.

If a character exists in the Battlefield or in the Past Heroes Graveyard
on the forums, please don't create a new character with that name. If
you do accidentally reuse one of those names, we'll change it for
you.

If you see someone with a name that you recognize as that of a past
character, please pray about it.
