I was looking into some questions I had with the users playerbase command, and found a bug which was tracking the data far more often than it needed to be, which ultimately was masking the usefulness.

I have fixed the bug, and went through and manually edited up the stored data, so that it is once again accurate (and correctly trends the number of playerfiles we've had over the last year).
