One of our credit cards had expired, and without the updated billing information, the automated payment didn't go through.
According to their records, we paid immediately after the suspension notice, but it turns out that our hosting company doesn't lift account suspensions until someone calls and requests. Bleh.
Anyway, finances are fine, all is well, and the new credit card is good for a long while.
