We do try to keep the Unwelcome List small. Given that a couple people earned new spots on it today, we did another round of clearing off people who haven't caused problems in a while, and we're back down to our usual handful or so of Unwelcome Folk.

Back down to 4 (long-term) and 3 (recent) people, if anyone's curious.
